About Michael ...

I have teamed up with The American College Foundation to provide high school students and their parents with a cost-effective and efficient approach to achieving top-quality higher education at an affordable price.

Through my collaboration with The American College Foundation, I am working towards my vision of creating a platform that offers comprehensive resources and education to empower individuals towards financial freedom. Financial stability plays a crucial role in making life’s challenges more manageable.

Currently pursuing a Psychology degree, my ultimate goal is to become a mental health professional to offer guidance to those in need.

My father hails from Fiji, and my mother is from Honduras. They instilled values such as respect, love, and humility in my younger brother and me from a young age. While my father is a middle school teacher, my mother, in addition to being a financial professional, owns a few small businesses. Family gatherings and exploring the world together hold special significance for us.

Reading, especially nonfiction books on biology and psychology, is a major interest of mine as I believe books are essential for personal growth and leadership development. I also find joy in creating music on a digital audio workstation, composing new songs, mastering mixing techniques, and nurturing creative ideas. Engaging in hobbies is vital for maintaining a balanced life.

Community engagement is important to my mother and has become a cherished tradition in our family. We collect clothing and donations for children and families in small towns in Honduras, particularly in La Entrada, where my mother spent her childhood. Seeing the positive impact on the community over time fills us with gratitude and motivates us to continue this tradition for future generations.

The quote “If it is meant to be, then it is up to me” deeply resonates with me. Encountered during my time as a Chief Instructor at a Martial Arts School, it serves as a constant reminder to take responsibility for my actions and pursue my dreams with determination and perseverance.
