Lewie is authorized to serve as a Regional Director of The American College Foundation and is also a Certified College Advisor.
Lewie understands the importance of a higher education and also realizes that each family has unique circumstances. Lewie’s philosophy has always been to ‘teach people true principles, let them decide how to proceed, then support them in that process.’
Lewie first became involved in finance in 1971. It soon became apparent to Lewie that families needed help in the very complex field of college cost planning and selection. For those families in Lewie’s area who would like a more in-depth understanding of the overall college planning process, Lewie is passionate about teaching and helping those families navigate the oftentimes confusing and complicated process of preparing and paying for college.
“A college education alone does not guarantee success,” says Lewie, “but it does open many doors which would otherwise remain closed.”
Lewie received a BBA from Angelo State University, and also a Business Management degree from the University of Denver.
Lewie and his wife Janie have two adult children and two grandchildren. Lewie’s hobbies include bass fishing and cutting horses.
